We thought of all the necessities and want to make you feel like it is your own while traveling away from home. Our Lake House was built with our own family and grand babies in mind. Our own family was raised getting to enjoy March and Douglas Lake and we would hope you and yours can start to do the same. We feel privileged to have been able to call Alaska our home for all these years. We have made the Kenai Peninsula our home and have loved every minute of it. In addition, the airline sees an opportunity to develop some more connections, and facilities like the new Concourse B will be an important one.My family and I have lived in Alaska since 1976. Alaska Airlines has done a lot of work to round out its network in Portland, but now it is looking at continuing to grow depth. It is one of the airline’s critical hubs on the West Coast and is an attractive hub for the airline in the Pacific Northwest. Portland, Oregon, will remain an important city for Alaska Airlines. All of the white oak surrounding the art windows came from sustainably managed forests in Oregon. Rounding out the bright feeling of the concourse includes art installations by RYAN! Feddersen, plants, and wood paneling throughout.
